Use of the Malaysia Platform

Welcome to juta1, Malaysia's leading online casino platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and juta1 ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of juta1.biz and all services provided through it.

Juta1 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the withholding of any pending withdrawable funds until verification is complete.

Account registration at juta1 is free. Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Registering or using multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances including winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card or passport
• An active and accessible email address
• An active Malaysian mobile number (for SMS verification)
• Exact date of birth
• Valid Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify juta1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. juta1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party.

All financial transactions on the platform juta1 is conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). juta1 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. All deposits and withdrawals must be made via payment methods approved by juta1.

Payment methods accepted by juta1 are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks). New payment methods may be added from time to time.

Funds in your juta1 account are kept separate from the company's operating funds and held in a protected account. You may withdraw your account balance (subject to wagering requirements if a bonus is active) at any time with no withdrawal fees charged by juta1. Any fees imposed by payment providers, if applicable, are beyond our control.

Juta1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms as well as the specific conditions stated in each offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of the offer shall take precedence over these general Terms.

General terms applicable to all bonuses juta1 unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirement (WR): Each bonus carries a WR that must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The WR is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus value (e.g., WR 30x on a RM 100 bonus = RM 3,000 in wagers required)
• Game Contribution: Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute only 10%–20% towards the WR
• Betting Limit While Bonus Is Active: Maximum bet while using bonus funds is RM 20 per round unless otherwise stated
• Expiry Period: Unused bonuses or unfulfilled WR within the stated period (typically 14–30 days) will expire automatically
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the platform states otherwise

Game results generated by the juta1 system are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a significant technical fault. The following applies to all games:

• In the event of a technical issue during an active round, juta1 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet to the player
• Any system bug or vulnerability intentionally exploited by a player to gain an unfair advantage will result in the voiding of winnings and action taken against the account
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or game are as displayed in the game interface

Juta1 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all players. All members are required to adhere to the following code of conduct at all times while using the platform juta1.

Strictly prohibited conduct:

• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through the juta1 platform
• Registering or using multiple accounts under any name or identity
• Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it
• Using automated software (bots), decision-assistance tools, or any technique that provides an unfair advantage
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities, price display errors, or software bugs
• Obscene language, threats, or harassment directed at staff or other players in live chat
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process

• Suspected activity related to fraud, hacking, or money laundering

When an account is closed for a valid reason, any real-money balance (personal funds, excluding bonuses) that has not been wagered will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe. • Losses caused by the player's own internet connection failure or device issues
• Game outcomes that do not go in your favour – results are random and we do not guarantee winnings
• Any taxes or duties that may be levied on your winnings by local authorities
